1 Tablespoon Butter
1 12 oz bag of broccoli slaw
2 green onions chopped
2 Tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons brown or white sugar
Flavoring packet from ramen noodles


How Do I Make Asian Broccoli Slaw?

Here is how you make Asian Broccoli Slaw:

Put the ramen noodles in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin while melting butter in a large skillet over low/medium heat. Add a spray of cooking spray to the pan, and then add the crushed noodles and slivered almonds to the skillet and saute. Stir occasionally on medium low heat till lightly toasted and then remove and let it cool on a paper towel. Meanwhile, whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Place the broccoli slaw into bowl and toss with the noodles and almonds. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
