Here is how you make Skillet Red Cabbage:

Cut bacon into small pieces. Put in skillet. Start to cook on med-low heat. Add onion. Cut cabbage in thin shredd like strips. Add to bacon and onions. Stir together. Pour two Tbs of pickled beet juice over cabbage and can add pickled beets if desired (sliced). Then sprinkle with Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and Cidar Vinegar. Mix everything. If cooking with chops, put chops in skillet, under cabbage, and cook for two hours.
