Here is how you make P's Baked Mac and Cheese:

Melt the butter on medium heat and slowly add the flour. Once combined, slowly add the milk and whipping cream until smooth. Add hot sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, & cayenne. Keep stiring mixture on medium heat for a couple of minutes then reduce heat. Stir continuously for 10 minutes until thickened. Add shredded cheese. Pour mixture into cooked pasta and combine. Add mac & cheese to a greased casserole pan and add remaining shredded cheese. Cover with foil with holes and bake on 350 for 20 min. Remove foil and cook 10 min more.
