Here is how you make Julie's Mac and Cheese:

Melt 2 tbls butter in a sauce pan. Add the 2 tbls of flour and the dry mustard and whisk for about 2 minutes until flour is cooked. Slowly stir in milk making sure to constantly whisk out the lumps. Once all the flour is dissolved into the milk, add the cheese. Stir until all of the cheese is melted.In another pot, cook the pasta until tender. In a square baking dish, pour cooked noodles in and then pour cheese sauce over it.
