2 cups of fat free keifer (or 1 cup skim milk and 1 cup plain non fat yogurt)
1 8z pkg of 2% Mexican blend cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp zatarain's creole seasoning (optional)

Here is how you make Snappy's Mac and Cheese:

Boil pasta according to directions until tender.In a separate pot, heat up 3 T butter until melted.Once butter is melted, stir in 4 T of flour and stir until it makes a thick roux.Slowly add 2 cups of keifer (or milk and yogurt) and stir until all is combined.Add salt, pepper, mustard, and seasonings.Heat until a low boil for 2 minutes.Remove from heat.Drain noodles and transfer to a baking dish. (Sprayed with non stick spray if desired)Pour cheese sauce over the top and gentle stir with a spoon to cover all the noodles.Bake at 350 for 15 minutesMakes 8 servingsServing Size:?Makes 12 half cup servings
