Preheat oven to 350. Butter 5 cup souffle dish. Put eggs, cream, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper into blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add cheese while blender is running; blend until smooth. Add cream cheese, one cube at a time, blending until smooth. Blend at high speed about 10-15 seconds. Pour into prepared dish.
