Here is how you make Karen's Coleslaw:

Mix cabbage and onions in a large bowl. In a jar with a lid, mix soy sauce, splenda, vinegar and oil. Shake well to mix. Lightly toast sliced almonds and sunflower seeds in an open skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cool. Mix roasted almonds and seed with vegetables. Pour sauce over and toss to coat.
