Stir in eggs and buttermilk (mix will be runny). Pour into hot skillet. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or when corn bread is brown and the top is firm to the touch. Turn out onto a serving platter, cut into wedges and serve warm with butter. Makes 8 wedges.
