Saute the asparagus, mushrooms, and onion in olive oil til onion is translucent. Add the crushed Ramen noodles, seasoning packets, water, and soy sauce. Cook until the noodles are done. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings (approx).You can easily adapt this to any kind of vegetables you have on hand, fresh or frozen.
