1 t salt
1 c whole wheat flour
3 t olive oil

How Do I Make Focaccia?

Here is how you make Focaccia:

Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Let set 10 minutes. Add rest of ingrediants. Knead on table with 2 T flour. Put in clean bowl and oil with 1 t oil and let rise to double size. Knead again and spead out flat in pizza pan or cookie sheet. Let rise again. Top with 2 t oil and onion, garlic and oilves. Bake until crusty. Also good with 2 T parmesan sprinked on top.
