Here is how you make Garlic Basil Potatos:

Brown butter and garlic in a skillet with rosemary; saute diced potato. Add tarragon and basil. Continue sauteing for about 4 to 5 minutes. When potato is evenly covered with spices, transfer from skillet to cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on middle rack. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on potatoes and bake for 5 more minutes or until done. NOTE: Use a non-stick pan, rather than using foil.
