Soak the Bamboo skewers in water. Wash and dry the okra. Put approx 10 pods on 2 skewers like a ladder. You will have 4 "ladders". This makes it easier to turn on the grill.\2. Paint the Okra with Olive Oil and then season with salt to taste.3. Place on a hot grill for approx 5 minutes per side.Note.
