*1 TBSP. of olive oil

*3/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese

*1 1/2 packages of ritz roasted vegetables crackers (broken into peices)

*salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Onion Cassorole?

Here is how you make Onion Cassorole:

slice onion in rings and partially cook them in a pan with the olive oil. When the are half way cooked remove from heat. Spray a 9 X 9 cassorole dish spray with cooking spray. Put a layer of onions on the bottom and then top them with a layer of the 1/2 the ritz crackers. Then add 1/4 cup of the chedder cheese on top of the crackers. Next put the rest of the remaining onions on top. Then add the rest of the chedder cheese and then the rest of the ritz crackers on top of the cheese. Bake in the oven on 350 for about 15 to 20 or until onions are tender enough and top is golden brown.
