Makes 12 1-cup servingsPlace pasta in water to boil. Follow package instructions.While pasta is cooking chop all of your vegatables and set aside. Mix water, vinegar and salad dressing in a bowl. Let stand for a minute or two to let dry ingredients blend. Add oil to mixture. Remove and rinse pasta in cool water until pasta is cool. In a large bowl add pasta and toss with dressing mixture.
