Here is how you make Pepper Berry:

Heat up a pan on low/medium heat. Put one teaspoon of EVOO in the pan and let sit. Take all three peppers and cut them into strips. Pull the stems out of the mushrooms and cut the tops into strips also.(rinse veggies before or after)Put the peppers in the pan first and let cook (about 5-7 minutes covered)Add all the seasoning ingredients and stir around.Then add the mushrooms while continuing to stir everything around.(about 3 minutes)Then turn the burner off and add the blueberries.Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes then serve.Number of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user 2LOSE29.
