In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, milk, and melted butter). Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for an hour. Butter muffin pans and preheat oven to 450. Place buttered pan (without batter) into the oven for 10 seconds. Add mixture to each pan (half full) and place in oven. Cook for 20 mins and then lower the temperature to 350 and cook for another 10-15mins. Make sure NOT to open the oven before the first 30 mins of baking. This will cause the popovers not to pop.
