Makes 8 servingsFold heavy foil into an 18 inch square piece. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Layer the bacon, potatoes, onion, peppers and cheese, using half of the amounts. Repeat. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Coat another 18 inch square piece of foil with cooking spray and lay coated side down over the potatoes. Seal edges.
