Here is how you make Tofu Quiche:

Combine the water and cashews in blender and blend until very smooth. Add tofu, garlic, salt, cornstarch and basil. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the vegetables. Mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6 Pie Crust1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats, blended1 tsp. salt1/2 cup water1/4 cup olive oil Combine all.
