In a large skillet, melt butter and sauce onion and green pepper. Add rice and cook, stirring often, until lightly toasted, about 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in broth, cinnamon and seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in almonds and raisins.
