8 oz Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Diced Green chilies (more or less to taste)


How Do I Make Caulifornia Rice?

Here is how you make Caulifornia Rice:

Grate the cauliflower. Steam in microwave for 2 minutes. (no water needed during the steaming process of Cauli-rice). Add the sour cream to the caulirice. Layer half the mixture in a casserole dish. Top with the green chilies and half the monterrey jack cheese. Put the remaining caulirice on top.
