How Do I Make Confetti rice?

Here is how you make Confetti rice:

Place rice, broth, water and garlic powder in a pot and stir to mix. Bring to a boil and cover pot with tight-fitting lid. Lower heat and simmer. After 20 minutes stir in diced onions, re-cover and continue to simmer another 10 minutes. Then stir in Red, Green & Yellow diced Bell Peppers, re-cover and simmer another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, leaving lid on another 5 minutes. Fluff rice with fork and distribute vegetables.
