2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Curry Powder or Fenugreek (optional)

Here is how you make Quick and Easy Fried Rice:

Put water and Rice in a pan and bring to a boil. When it starts boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for five minutes. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, and garlic (and meat if desired). When the liquid is almost evaporated, add the soy sauce and spices. let it simmer for a minute or two. Stir in the rice and remove from heat.
