1/2 cup chopped onions (more or less or omit altogether)
1/3 cup egg beater (egg substitute)
1/2 Tbsp of Low-sodium Soy Sauce
2 tsp of Splenda
1/3 cup of tap Water


How Do I Make Simply Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Simply Fried Rice:

Prepare instant brown rice as directed** on package and set aside. Mix water, splenda, and low-sodium soy sauce in small cup and mix and set aside. Spray skillet with cooking spray and saut? chopped onions, and then pour in egg beater to make scrambled eggs as normally would. When egg mixture is done, add to skillet cooked brown rice. Quickly stir water, soy and splenda making sure the splenda has not settled on the bottom and pour into skillet over rice and egg mixture. Stirring all ingredients, making sure rice is well coated and water mixture is mostly gone. Remove from heat and your dish is ready to serve ** Note when preparing instant rice, directions for serving sizes make more than needed ?
