Here is how you make Flavored Rice Dish:

Cook rice first. While rice is cooking, mince garlic, onion and cilantro. Slice or chop green olives. Drain green peas and pigeon peas.Put cooked rice in a large saute pan and cook on medium low heat. Add tomatoes, garlic, onion and cilantro. Mix together. Add both peas. Add salt and both peppers to taste. Add spinach. Mix together until well mixed and all is warm for serving. Makes 8-10 3/4 cup servings.
