.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.50 cup Spinach, fresh
.50 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
2 tbsp Olive Oil

How Do I Make Veggie Rice?

Here is how you make Veggie Rice:

Chop up veggies listed or veggies of your choice to equal about 2 cups. Saute in pan with the 2 T oil until just barely cooked. Add 1 cup rice and saute for another minute or two. Add two cups water and spices listed plus others of your choice. I add a little salt, pepper, pepper flakes, sriracha sauce, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, cover, turn down to a slow simmer. Takes about 20-25 minutes to cook. Once done, stir and enjoy! Great by itself or with fresh sliced tomatoes chopped up into it!
