Here is how you make Bulgar Salad with Pear and Cranberries:

Bring the chicken broth to a boil, then lower heat setting. Add the bulgur and simmer about 10-15 minutes. Fluff with fork. Pour into a serving bowl and mix in the cranberries, pecans and pear. Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool. Slice/dice the cheese wedges while bulgar mix is cooling. Then fold cheese into the bulgar mix.
