Here is how you make Sauteed Greatness:

Scrub and quarter red potatoes, put on to boil until fork tender.In a large saute pan (or wok) drizzle oil to grease bottom then place rinsed spinach, sliced portabellas, roughly chopped onion and minced garlic (to taste). Drizzle more oil on top. Cover over medium heat. Everything will reduce down, once the onions are tender and tasty turn off the heat.
