1 c. (approx?) frozen baby shrimp (you can really use any shrimp; i had pre-cooked frozen baby shrimp in my freezer already. it would probably be even better with fresh, of course!)
Diced tomato
Spinach
Snow Peas
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sesame seeds
salt to taste

Here is how you make Fried Bulgur with Veggies and Shrimp:

Cook bulgur according to instructions - usually 1/2 c. water or broth to 1/4 c. bulgur. While that is simmering, mince garlic and saute in pan with Pam. Add shrimp, and whatever veggies you are using. Add spices. When "done", remove from pan, set aside.When bulgur is finished, remove from heat. Let sit a minute or two, and then, using pan you used for the shrimp, fry for a minute or two. Add shrimp and veggies, combine, and serve.
