- half a medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely choppes
- 1 tbsp of olive and 1 tsbp of sunflower oils
- 1tsp of turmeric powder
- 1tsp of coriander powder


How Do I Make Lebanese Zuccini?

Here is how you make Lebanese Zuccini:

Heat up the mix of olive and sunflower oil, add turmeric and coriander, stir. Add onions and garlic and fry on medium fire till slightly golden. Add zuccini, salt, mix well and cover. Turn the fire to medium-low. Occasionally stirring cook until the liquid that expresses from zuccinis evaporates. Cool down and serve cold with bread.
