Here is how you make Hummus:

Drain chick peas & reserve liquid. Peel garlicIn a food processor, dump chick peas, Tahini, lemon juice & garlic. Pulse food processor to start to mix. If the consistency is to thick, add some of the reserved liquid from the peas to thin it out. Pulse until fully mixed and the consistency you want.
