Mix all the dry ingredients in a small container. You will not use all of it so you can save it for another day.2.) In a larger container add wet ingredients.3.) Add 4 tablespoons of the dry ingredients.4.) Mix well. It should make about a pint of dressing, fits nicely in a small mason jar. 5.) Add white sugar to taste (some people like a more 'vinegary' less sweet taste others not so much so it really just depends on you. I add about a teaspoon.The dressing tastes better if you let it 'marry' overnight but it can be used straight away as still tastes great.You can use any oil you wish but I've found that EVOO works best.I also use just a tablespoon of the dressing mixed with a tablespoon regular water because the dressing is strong enough to hold up against dilution.
