Here is how you make Sensibly Thin Fruit Salad:

Open the can of pineapple and pour in a mixing bowl. Open and drain the liquid from the can of fruit cocktail, then add to pineapple. Add the package of pudding mix (dry not made into pudding!) to the fruit and stir, it will thicken as you mix it, not to really pudding consistency, but thicker. Add the low fat whipped topping and chill. It is best cold, but doesn't need to go in the fridge before eating. The recipe book(it's not a copyrighted book, just people in the diet program I was in) I got this from says 80 calories per 1/2 cup serving, but I couldn't find just a box of pudding mix in the search to build this recipe.
