Here is how you make Greek Orzo salad:

Cook orzo in a large pot of boiling water until tender but firm. Drain. Rinse in cold water, drain well. Transfer to large bowl & toss with a little olive oil. Add crumbled feta, peppers and olives. Combine lemon juice, vinegar, garlic oregano, mustard and cumin in small bowl. Gradually whisk remaining oil in, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add dressing to orzo mixture and toss.
