Here is how you make Muckali's Greek Salad:

All ingredients will go into one bowl.Half the tomatoes, and black olives lengthwise.Peel and seed a medium cucumber, chop to peices relative in size to the black olives / tomatoes. I prefer a solid goat feta which I cut into cubes of the same size as the other peices. Otherwise, crumble the feta.Their should be equal portions of above 4 ingredients. Chop green onions or scallions add to your taste preference, I prefer 1/2 cup of green onion, but you may want to start with 2 TBSP. Chop fresh oregano, MUST BE FRESH OREGANO or the whole taste/quality changes, and salt. Mix and serve.
