1/2 cp celery, finely chopped

3 tbsp. parsley
3 cloves garlic, finely minced (with the parsley and a little salt)

12 grape tomatoes, finely chopped

2 tbsp Balsamic vineger

pinch red pepper flakes

1 tbsp lemon jucie

salt & pepper

6 tbsp(or 1/3 cup) Kraft Light Sicilian Roasted Garlic dressing

This recipe makes 11 1/2 cup servings at 86 cals each.Cook orzo according to package directions.While orzo is cooking, chop all the other ingrediants and put in bowl.Mix dressing and balsamic, lemon juce and red pepper flakes together.Add the peas to the pasta water during about the last minute of cooking (this will heat them quickly).Drain orzo and peas and add to the bowl of vegetables.
