Here is how you make Jenn's Potato Salad:

In a large pot of salted water, boil whole potatoes for about 20 minutes, cool. At the same time, boil eggs for 15 minutes, cool. Whisk together all other ingredients except for eggs and bacon. When eggs are cool, dice into small pieces. When potatoes are cool, dice into 1 inch pieces. Place potatoes, eggs and bacon in a large bowl. Mix in dressing. Refrigerate or serve immediately, depending on whether you like your potato salad cold or slightly warm.
