Cook potatoes in a large pot with skins on. Boil eggs until hard boiled. Chop onion and celery into small dices. Shred or chop eggs into small pieces. When all the potatoes are fork tender, pour off boiling water and peel. Chop into 1 inch pieces while hot and put into bowl with other ingredients except for the Miracle Whip and Mayonnaise.
