What Are The Ingredients For Surprising Salad Recipe?The ingredients for Surprising Salad are: 1 bunch of kale1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds 1/4 cup flaxseed oil 1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos juice from one lemon 1 avocado 1/2 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced red onion 1 cup alfalfa sprouts How Do I Make Surprising Salad?Here is how you make Surprising Salad: In a large skillet, heat pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring occasionally until toasted.Cut the kale in ribbons, making sure to remove the thick stem at the bottom. Place cut kale in a large bowl. Cut avocado in bite-size squares, slice mushrooms and cut onions in half-moons. Add veggies to the kale, not forgetting those sprouts.Check your seeds..they are probably toasted!In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, liquid aminos and flaxseed oil with a whisk.Add toasted seeds to salad and toss with dressing until thoroughly coated.Don't be afraid of the fat content, it's good fat.
