Here is how you make Spicy Cucumber Salad:

Use a mandoline or food processor to even slice the English cucmber. Put in a colander with the Kosher salt and mix well. Set aside at room temperature for 20 minutes. Make sure you put the colander in the sink or over a bowl as this step is going to remove some of the cucumber's natural moisture.Rinse the cucumbers then, squeeze all the water out.
