In a small skillet over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds until golden. Transfer to a small bowl.In the same skillet, add vegetable oil to cover the bottom & heat over medium-high heat. Add garlic and fry until golden. Remove & drain on a paper towel.To the sesame seeds in the small bowl, add the 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, golden fried garlic, pickled green tea leaves, roasted unsalted peanuts, fresh lime juice & salt. Toss well & then serve.*Note: You can substitute the fresh tea for a good quality dry, absolutely unscented, tea. Then you knead the leaves gently with the rest of the peanut oil until the oil is well distributed. Let sit at least one hour or until the leaves soften.
