In a medium sauce pan heat chicken stock until boiling. Remove from heat, combine with box of Taboule wheat and spice mix, then cover for 15 mintues.Blanch the broccoli and green beans in boiling water for 1 minute then set aside to cool. Drain most of the liquid from the can of tomatoes.Heat a large saute pan on medium, add olive oil then onions, celery and carrots. Once these have softened lower heat to med low and add the remaing vegetables and can of tomatoes.
