1 box black berry jello

In a large sauce pan place water and rhubarb, bring to boil. Stir, add jello and splenda, stir very well until jello and splenda are desolved. Turn heat to simmer and reduce to half. Stiring often. When reduced place in container WITH LID and COVER in fridge.
