1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)
1 T. sugar-free, fat free banana cream pudding mix
1 T. sugar free caramel syrup
1/8 t. Rum extract (may use 1 T. sugar-free butter rum syrup instead)
5 - 6 ice cubes (for cold drink only)

Here is how you make Bananas Foster Protein Shake:

Cold:Mix all ingredients except ice in a blender. Blend for 1 - 2 minutes. Add ice and blend until all ice is crushed.Hot:Heat wet ingredients in microwave until hot (in mine it takes 1 1/2 min. - microwaves vary so test yours. Do not heat over 140 degrees) Combine dry ingredients in a mug or other cup. Pour 4 oz room temperature water into the dry and stir until a thick paste develops. Slowly add hot ingredients to the past while stirring vigorously. If mixture i snot warm enough, heat in a microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
