How Do I Make Spicy Kale?

Here is how you make Spicy Kale:

Steam kale until tender.Heat olive oil in a saute pan or wok. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook over medium heat for a 1-2 minutes. Add steamed kale and saute for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and cook 1 minutes more.
