2 C smooth Peanut Butter
5 scoops Protein Powder ( I used vanilla whey and soy)
3/4 C dry milk
1/2 C flax seed
1/2 C Honey

Here is how you make Energy (Protein - Peanut Butter) Bars:

Mix all but flax seed and oats in bowl w/ electric mixer. Will be extremely thick. Hand stir in Oats and Flax seed. Press into 8X8 dish lined w/ wax paper (for easier removal). I used rolling pin to smooth out the bars. Really press mixture into pan. Refrigerate to help set. Cut into 16 bars.
