Here is how you make Honey and peanut butter granola bars:

Toast oats and nuts @ 400 degrees - about 6 minutes. Line a square baking pan with parchment or wax paper (If you use wax paper spray with non stick cooking spray first). Mix honey, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan @ a low heat until smooth. transfer the toasted dry ingredients and cranberries to a large bowl and add the wet mixture. Mix well and press into the square baking dish. I use a small plastic cup to press it down very hard. Pull up from the parchment paper and set aside to cool. Cut after about 30 minutes.
