1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
3 T Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla extract


How Do I Make Super Simple Peanut Butter Krispies?

Here is how you make Super Simple Peanut Butter Krispies:

Combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a large bowl and microwave about 35-45 seconds. As soon as it's done, add in the cereal. Make sure you coat the cereal entirely with the peanut butter mixture! You may have to get your hands wet to prevent the peanut butter from sticking to your hands. When mixed, use your hands to form golf-ball sized balls. (the recipe made 8 for me). Put the balls on wax paper and freeze for about 10-15 minutes, or until they become solid. You can leave them in the freezer as long as you want- they are perfect for a quick pop-in-the-mouth energizer!! And super easy to make with and for kids! You can get creative with this too, and make substitutions for the cereal or peanut butter. I used almond butter once. And I also used fiberOne cereal with the peanut butter mixture and, though a little harder to form, still turned out awesome- and packed protein AND fiber-AWESOME!!!
