You may have to get your hands wet to prevent the peanut butter from sticking to your hands. When mixed, use your hands to form golf-ball sized balls. (the recipe made 8 for me). Put the balls on wax paper and freeze for about 10-15 minutes, or until they become solid. You can leave them in the freezer as long as you want- they are perfect for a quick pop-in-the-mouth energizer!! And super easy to make with and for kids! You can get creative with this too, and make substitutions for the cereal or peanut butter. I used almond butter once. And I also used fiberOne cereal with the peanut butter mixture and, though a little harder to form, still turned out awesome- and packed protein AND fiber-AWESOME!!!
