1/2 cups (2-4 ounce containers) unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar

Here is how you make Double Pumpkin Bars:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with nonstick spray.2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. 3. Mix together and add pumpkin and sunflower seeds so they are coated with the flour mixture.4. In a small bowl, whisk together pumpkin, egg, applesauce, vanilla and sugar.5. Stir pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture until combined.6. Spread the mixture evenly in prepared pan.7. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is firm and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8.
