Here is how you make Veggie "Fresh" Drink:

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until it get's to a smooth consistency, about 2-3 minutes. Place a strainer over a large bowl and pour the veggie mixture in. Cut a piece of wax or parchement paper and place it on the mixed ingredients. I like to place a potatoe on the wax paper to weight down the veggies. Leave in the fridge for awhile or over night. Take the liquid and give it a stir. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
