Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp
Cucumber, 1 medium
Parsley, 0.25 cup
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large
Cumin (ground), 2 tsp
Protein Powder - Unjury unflavored (1 scoop), 6 servings
Red WineVinegar, 4 tbsp
Red Onion Raw 1/4 cup
Low sodium tomato juice, 2 cups
1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make WLS gazpacho?

Here is how you make WLS gazpacho:

Chop tomatoes and reserve juice. Combine vinegar, tomato juice, juice from tomatoes and stir well. Combine vegetables in a large bowl and stir. Transfer to belender and puree until smooth as you like. Combine all ingredients and let rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Add salt and pepper to taste. When ready to serve, mix 1 scoop of Unjury with 1 serving of gazpacho. Serving Size:?makes about 6 1 cup servings
